Rose Pointe Subdivision po ay located at Brgy Tagapo in Santa Rosa City Laguna. If you are familiar with SM Sta Rosa, medyo malapit ka na sa ating subdivision. Isa pa sa famous landmarks na madadaanan mo going to Rose Pointe Subdivision is the Santa Rosa Multi Purpose Sport Complex and Polytechnique University of the Philippines Sta Rosa Campus. Actually lalakarin mo na lang from the subdivision ang PUP Sta Rosa Campus.

Isa sa mga nakita ko kaagad na kakaiba sa kanya ang ang kanilang mga street lights. May mga mababasa rin tayo that they are introducing solar powered street lamps to their subdivision.

So hindi po ito yung actual turnover kasi nilagyan na po nila ito ng mga interior design. To follow na po yung picture ng actual turnover ng unit since hindi pa po tapos ang kanilang unit for this.
