I welcome you to Citation Residences by Taft Properties. Citation Residences is located at Calaboso Road, Brgy Sto Tomas Binan Laguna.This is the brief description of Taft Properties.
Taft Properties is a solid and dynamic developer backed by VICSAL Development Corporation, the company behind the Metro Gaisano chain of stores.
Since its establishment in 1997, Taft Properties is pioneering Micro Township Master planning and Comfort by Design.
Going back to Citation Residences location, you can easily reach the subdivision by SLEX then take Carmona Exit. Turn right going to Carmona and turn left upon reaching the circle island. You will pass Carmona Public Market then some Pine tress and rice fields. Don't worry the roads are good. Then upon reaching a crossing turn left again. Once you see the 7-11 store turn left and at your right side you will see the subdivisions entrance gate in 30 seconds time of travelling.
So in terms of accessibility, Citation Residences in Binan Laguna is good. If you have a private vehicle you can easily exit to Carmona at around 5 minutes from Citation Residences. If you wanted to commute just take a tricycle passing by at the subdivision's entrance gate and it will take you to NAPOCOR where JAM/JAC liner Bus going to LRT Buendia stop over to pick up passengers or just take PUJ going to Alabang. Both will just exit at Carmona then take SLEX. This is how accessible Citation Residences.
