Hello po mga readers of my BLOG. For today ang ating pong pupuntahan na subdivision ay ang United Estate Townhomes in Binan Laguna. Located po siya sa Calaboso road, Brgy Sto Tomas Binan Laguna. It was being developed by Ciudades Development Corporation. Nag start po sila ng selling last November 2016. United Estate Townhomes is an exclusive subdivision with 182 units in total only. Easiest way if you are coming from SLEX is to take Carmona exit then turn right going to Carmona. Then turn right again upon reaching the circle. Madadaanan po natin ang Carmona Public Market. Then diretso lang and along the way ang mga Pine Trees and rice fields na nakapaligid sa Carmona Public Market. Along the way bago dumating sa United Estate ay madadaanan po natin ang Sto Tomas Elementary School. And mga ilang seconds lang nasa site na po tayo ng United Estate Townhomes.Overview

So you choose if you want to back to Napocor area (NGCP name as of today) were JAM / JAC Liner bus wait for passenger going to LRT Buendia. Pwede rin po na sumakay ng pila ng jeep going to Alabang. Both will just take carmona exit and then SLEX na kaagad so medyo mabilis ang ating mobilization.
